The Leadership Practices Inventory 360 (LPI® 360) is an observer-based assessment that enables leaders to assess their leadership competencies and act on their discoveries. Change Management Assessments

Change Style Assessment is a powerful tool designed to help people understand their change style. This assessment will reveal their potential responses, preferences and behavioral styles when faced with change.

Based on a four-quadrant model of change style, the assessment draws from the personality theories of Carl G. Jung and the behavioral theories of William Moulton Marston.
