
The Leadership Challenge® aligns the concept with our cultural values, and promotes the practice of the leadership behaviors. The LPI® 360 assessment provides valuable feedback on leadership and communication that are brought up in the training.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. The Workshop was well-paced, highly interactive and everyone was engaged. Immediate rapport was established and the Everything DiSC Alumni was formed. I would highly recommend this workshop to people development professionals.
It was a great session and an experience we had never had as a TEAM before. Terence performed as a good facilitator, guiding us through the understanding of the impact of the 5B’s on team performance and working relationships.
Team members shared their past experiences, whether good or bad, which began to build a sense of trust. By learning about each other’s characters, team members started to think about how to understand and work with each other towards the same goal.
For me, I learned a lot not only about the 5B’s but also about the team members.
