The Leadership Challenge® explores how leaders use 5 exemplary practices to mobilize others to make extraordinary things happen in organizations.  Developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, authors of The Leadership Challenge, and backed by over 40 years of global research and over 5000 leadership cases studies, the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership serves as the evidence-based standard framework for leadership development.As part of the training program, participants will have the opportunity to receive valuable feedback and gain insights into their leadership behaviors through the 360-degree Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI®) assessment.  The LPI assessment is recognized as one of the most widely used leadership assessments worldwide.  It provides leaders with feedback that can be used to adopt and strengthen their leadership behaviors.
